Hello guys,

I am using cell phone from 2003( Sprint and verizon).
I didnt had any land line service.
I could find any Federal tax detals on phone bill for long distance service.

Can I claim Federal excise tax on my tax return for 2006?

The federal excise tax credit is a tax credit for the excise taxes you paid for the long distance service. If you use your cell phone for long distance service, you can claim the tax credit.
