I have been using Drake Tax Software for more than ten years and I love it. I suppose it is not perfect, but neither am I.
It cost $995 per year for the basic package which includes electronic filing. I just began electronic filing recently and I love it.
Drake makes it easy. Drake handles all states and I have quite a few multi-state clients, who live in S. C. and work in N. C.
Drake handles that superebly. I recommend Drake. The first time I ever tried Drake I was able to prepare an entire tax
return in 7 minutes without looking at their instructions or manual.
