Does anyone know how a simple personal Chapter 7 Bankruptcy will affect my federal and PA state income taxes?

I got audited and I am trying to contact the tax pro to pay it or resolve this tax problem he created for me. I am thinking if i could not contact or not able to make him pay the same, can use personal Chapter 7 Bankruptcy to escape from the tax debt ?
