I do babysiting in my neighbours home. Do I have to pay tax. They pay me by cash. I don't make much only couple of hundreds every month.

I am sorry to say you have to pay tax for your babysiting income. Also if you don't report and your neighour claim child and dependent care credit you will be in trouble. ( I assume they know your social )

Check with your tax accountant on this one. If you have income from other sources, there's a good chance wyou will owe some tax. If you are only making a couple hundred a month, you most likely will not owe taxes but you may still need to file a return. You are required to file a tax return on all income received, including babysitting for cash. :cry: Sorry!
