what do you guys think of the recent boom and bust with home prices? how bad has it affected your guys area? Ive seen some crappy homes
in crappy neighborhoods spike up two times in value about a year or so ago...

Home prices in almost all cities are above the reach of average guys. I don't think it has come down enough to make it affordable to them. I hope home owners won't read this mail and curse me.

If you watch recent news in media and tv, the talk is all about housing bubble burst, at least in hot areas like New York, New Jersey, Florida, etc areas. People are not able to sell their home and home inventory in building up fast. These are the areas where people were having bidding war to purchase home even in shady areas.

Market is clearly swinging to buyers market. Some are definitely going to hurt and some will make profit in whole process.
