1040NR-EZ filing, with a different state.. 2009/02/28 19:33 Karma: 0
I've been working in the US for about a year now & as per IRS, I think i need to mail/file the 1040NR-EZ form.
The question i have is, My employer is based out of NJ ..But my residence is PA.
Which state tax am i supposed to pay? I'm guessing he's already deducted the NJ State tax..So now, do i pay PA state tax?
Edit:

On my W2 - there is a section/box which shows xxx amount for the state income tax & the address given on the W2 is my PA address.

Thanks,
K
