There is an interesting article in the Inc. magazine about the divergance of state tax laws and federal tax laws. The article describes how it affects the business with presence in multiple states, tax code difference regarding the depreciation and estate taxes, bonus depreciation, etc. The article is maily for business people and is worth reading..
