TaxAct was offering FREE filing with out no income limits for 2005 tax season. One need to pay only if they want to upgrade to Deluxe version. Delux version provide more help and explanations for different selections you make during the tax filing process.

Overall if somebody know the taxes , they can prepare and file taxes for free
