I am currently looking for some help with my business and one boy aged 15 applied. Can I hire him as an employee? Can a 15 year old be legally hired as an independent contactor?

You will have to check with your state to find out what the minimum working age is. If you let me know which state you're in, I might be able to research it and find out for you. Just let me know!
